Today I’m sharing my day in the life post for December. I decided to do this that morning and tried to capture as much of the day as I could remember! Here we go!

I hope you all had a great weekend and are feeling festive coming into Christmas week! We are getting so excited for Santa to come and spent the weekend finalizing some to-do’s and enjoying some festivities before it is too late! I am also looking forward to crossing off some spiritual to-dos as well to make sure I am fully prepped for Christmas Day and also heading into the new year.

Today I’m sharing a little weekend rewind! I haven’t done one in a while so here is what we were up to this weekend!

One week until Christmas, ahhh! In all seriousness, I am so so excited for the big day – we could all use some holiday cheer and His Presence to make our lives better!

I spent the week getting some things crossed off my to-do list and getting caught up on various things. While I miss the beach, warmth and sunshine – we are so happy to be home! Sharing some pictures from our little getaway below!

Whoooaaa hoo! We made it to the weekend! I am dragging my feet this morning as my husband and I board a 6 am flight..yikes! We are so excited for a nice little get away and some warmth, but are really going to miss the kids. Thank goodness we have the most amazing families ever! The kids are in great hands and will have so much fun with their grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins!

Happy Friday! I hope you had an amazing week! Us, we’ve been buried in about 18″ of snow, but no better way to get into the holiday spirit than decorating the house and watching the snow fall!

I hope you and your family had a great Thanksgiving! It is so crazy to me that we are so close to Christmas and 2021 – the end of this year is flying! We had a really nice dinner and will be feasting on all the leftovers today!

Today I’m sharing a day in the life of us post! I love reading these posts on other blogs. Just an uneventful Wednesday for us – except the news that sissy has to go to virtual learning until the end of November – sigh… Just when we were getting into the swing of things!

What.a.week it’s been!! I really needed a mental health break from this week and really did NOT feel creative whatsoever. Is everyone else’s mind going absolutely in all directions?! Hoping and praying for our country right now! Sharing some things that make me happy!

Hello November and hello Monday! A little late to the game here today, but that’s okay – I’m sure I’m not the only one having a manic Monday! We had a really nice Halloween (one of the first in recent years without rain or gloom!) and we also stayed nice and cozy as we saw some of the first snowflakes fly of the season!

Another week come and gone! Our week was filled with lots of rain and dreary weather but we were given a summer-like day yesterday that made up for all the crummy weather recently!
