Look For Less – Spring Home Decor 2021

Spring is ALMOST here and I could not be more excited about it! We spent most of the day outside yesterday even though it was nearly 50 degrees, but the sun was out and we were all about it!

I love the colors of spring decor. It’s so refreshing especially after the cold and colorless months of January and February! Spring is just such an exciting time around here – more daylight, sunshine, warmer weather and

I know I’ve mentioned this in other posts, but I like to decorate around my staple decor pieces – adding seasonal touches here and there. As my decoration inventory grows year after year, I’m sure it may be a different story, but for now, this is how I decorate our house.

It is so much fun for me to pull out my seasonal decor bins and discover items I purchased last season on clearance! Here is a look at our house and our Easter table setting last year!

Dining Room

This year, I switched things up a bit – good thing my husband rarely steps foot in this room!

I found these adorable pastel pink mugs for $.99 at our local grocery chain and thought, why not go with it!

I also added some eucalyptus garland to the table as well. I was going to use it in the family room on the mantle, but I didn’t like how cluttered it looked.

This little artificial pink plant was a cute addition to the tablescape.

I love these big pasta bowls I got from Walmart. Also, you may remember these appetizer trays I got before Christmas where I split the pack of 2 and used one of each to put a gift together for Audrey’s teachers.

Marble look melamine dinner plates are from Dollar Tree, but linked up some similar ones for cheap here.

Family and Living Room

Here was my mantle last year…

This year’s mantle!

As you can see, not much has changed here, the only thing I added where some more of these tulips (because I’m obsessed with them!) and wanted to display them in something cute – like this vintage metal watering can.

The spring wreaths on the cathedral wall frames were from HomeGoods last year.

Moss and eggs filling the glass vases were from Dollar Tree…

Seriously, how amazing are the tulips?! They look SO real! I have some on our kitchen table and love that they are easy maintenance, ha!

My bookshelves in the living room have basically remained the same!
