A Wonderful Christmastime

Happy Monday?! Haha it’s crazy how the final week after Christmas, all the days just mesh together! I can’t even believe another Christmas has come and gone. It’s such a beautiful season celebrating Jesus’ birth and a magical time for the kiddos. I hope you had a wonderful Christmastime as we did!

It’s posts like these that make me realize how crummy I am at taking pictures! I didn’t get a picture of the kiddos before Christmas Eve mass, any picture of kids in front of our Christmas tree Christmas morning (just a video), a group picture of the kiddos and their cousins and/or grandparents, aunts and uncles! Just terrible documentation, but memories we will remember for years to come!

First off, our weather has been anything but Christmas vibes, but it certainly has been beautiful to see the sun!

We kicked off winter break with a warm cozy coffee shop visit before checking out the drive thru light show nearby!

I couldn’t get a picture with this chick without her having her cinnamon crumble muffin in her mouth….it was delish and she couldn’t even take a break from eating for a picture.

The kiddos loved the light show!

Living their best lives out of the moon roof!

The next morning it was time for breakfast with Santa!

So magical and exciting!

Mrs Claus made each kiddo a snowflake while waiting in line to see Santa.

After visiting Santa, we went to check out all the farm animals!

They had the pony out for rides!

The kids really enjoyed the ride!

Then back home to put together their toy kits!

Baking with the kids (I always opt for easy baking!)

We also got our nails Christmas ready!

Christmas Eve we had an amazing meal at my in laws!

Followed by a luminary walk

After having a nice night at my in laws we headed home to get ready for Santa!

Straight to bed! The next morning we opened presents and prepared breakfast for my in laws to come over and open together!

After opening and hosting, the kiddos played with their presents and it was off to my brother and sister in laws house to get together with my side of the family!

…and that was that – a simply wonderful Christmastime!

I tend to do really awful getting Christmas photos each year too; there is just so much else I’m thinking about and doing! Looks like you had a wonderful holiday though.
