Of course, I’m linking up with some of my favorite bloggers to share some Friday Favorites with you all!
One Year of Blogging!
Wednesday marked one year blogging! I am so so excited to continue building and enhancing my blog! I have learned so much over the past year and cannot wait to make “My Two Cents” better!
Thank you all for reading, commenting, supporting and sharing – I am so grateful to have connected with such kind people! Linking my one year recap and some of my first posts about me and the blog below:

I mentioned that I am not the greatest on social media, but am working to be better – I have a love/hate relationship with social media but want my page to be colorful, fun, insightful and authentic!
Snack-uterie Board
There may be no other way I will feed this family going forward…Setting this board out with all the yummy snacks and letting the kiddos graze was the best thing.
I also served this to family this past weekend. It’s the perfect mix and totally kid friendly!
Speaking of snacks – I also shared our favorite go-to Aldi items! You can check that post out here!
Peach Truck
The Peach Truck made its stop through town this week and we were PUMPED! We ordered a 25 lb box and while that sounds like a mass amount of peaches, they will go SO quick around here. They are DELISH!
Check out the Peach Truck to see if they make a stop near you!
Garage Sales
We’ve hit up a decent amount of garage sales this week and I am just so happy to have some to go to! I LOVE garage sales and seriously find some of the best things! I can’t wait to share what I found this week – I will be posting all about it for Thrifty Thursday next week! Stay tuned!!
Speaking of Thrifty Thursday – this hat was $1.99 at a closeout section at a local grocery chain and I LOVE IT!
New in the Garden this Week…
This little miss found a pair of NEW kid’s gardening gloves at a garage sale and was SO excited about it! It was raining when we got home, but she threw her gloves on and headed right to the garden to “get to work”!
It makes me so happy that she enjoys this hobby too and I hope it continues! Such nice bonding time!
Here are some bouquets from this week!
I made a special visit to my cousin to see her and her son and newborn baby Emily! I wrapped up this bouquet to bring to her!
It makes me happy how much people love fresh cut flowers!
This arrangement was for little miss Audrey’s room
Family Nights
We’ve been heading out and about this week to go for family walks, parks and hikes. It’s a great way to keep my husband and I active and the kids love going to different spots! What is nice about evening walks is that the playgrounds, trails and parks are normally empty – so we are able to enjoy them exclusively!
This park has my all time favorite views and vibes <3
We explored another new park/trail area near our house and it was probably something we should have researched more – we were about 2 miles out thinking the trail would turn around toward the parking lot only to find it could keep going on for 50 miles! Thanks goodness a regular told us that – we would have been stranded! The kiddos were total troopers tho!
This is how it ended for us – a mile walk with kids hanging off of us!
At least JP found a frog – that was cool!
Fav Summer Polish
This may be my new favorite polish!
Mad Woman – Sally Hansen
The color is a gorgeous hot pink – my newest summer shade!
Of course, top it off with the Miracle Gel Top Coat – I’ve been loving this DIY nail set forever! So affordable and my nails look great every time!

I just started hearing about the peach truck. I am pretty sure it has already been through our town, but maybe next year. Also, those parks look so much fun! Congratulations on a year of blogging. I too have a love hate relationship with social media. 🙂
Thank you so much Danielle! I think you can get peaches shipped to you! You should look into that because it is worth it!
