What We’re Eating This Week…

I’ve been loving this lunch – Costco chicken skewers, quinoa salad, hummus and sometimes I will throw in the Mediterranean salad kit as well

We meal prepped some italian wedding soup meatballs and regular meatballs to freeze!

And enjoyed some chicken caesar wraps!

What I’m Reminiscing About

When Nellie was a little pup! We are so happy we added this little lady to our family!

Also thinking about the old garden bed and how much bigger it has gotten!

What I’m Loving…

These are my go-to beauty products and I LOVE them!

What We’ve Been Up To…

We’ve been enjoying swim lessons and watching JP do basketball!

We try our best to get outside and enjoy winter as much as we can!

We also have been doing “NO SPEND JANUARY” – I can’t believe how much money we were wasting on eating out and convenience food. I thought I did a great job eating in, making lunches and dinner at home – but it wasn’t as good as it could be. We have saved SO much money in this budget category!

What I’m Dreading…

Not much at the moment.

TULIPS – I can’t wait for color again!

What I’m Watching/Reading…

My husband and I have been watching The Chosen EVERY SINGLE NIGHT and are so in love. It is excellent and just what we needed. I love being able to see Jesus as HUMAN. Sometimes it’s so hard to relate to, but once you see Him portrayed in this show – it makes you WANT to draw nearer to Him!

I finally got started with this book and it is extremely eye opening.

Same winter uniform! I bought some items for Christmas – to me, from me. I’ve been wearing them A LOT recently!

I bought this in blue for my sister-in-law and decided to snag one for myself. The fabric is amazing!

Been loving these quarter zip sweaters!

This workout shirt is my GO-TO! I also LOVE these jeans and they are on super sale right now!

What I’m Doing This Weekend…

This weekend is watching JP play basketball and a family fun night event at school to kick of Catholic Schools Week!

What I’m Looking Forward To Next Month…

I’m excited for the sun staying out just a little longer, winter coming to a close and the Lenten season beginning.

What Else is New??

I have to share – our Eufy vacuum was EXTREMELY loud and not working properly – it said it needed a new motor so I ordered a replacement part – fixed it and it’s working like brand new!

Well, we’ve been doing no spend January so NOTHING! I have been eyeing this adorable snow suit for Audrey next season though!
