Friday Favorites 01.31.20

Today, I’m linking up and sharing some Friday Favorites with you all!

Linking up with Andrea and Erika

Anyone else counting down the days until spring?! I know for sure my daughter is, she just mentioned she DOES NOT like winter and she can’t wait for spring and summer – I hear ya girl!

Meatless Dinners – Aldi Finds

My husband and I have been trying to eat less meat and more veggies. Thanks to Aldi, we have been able to get creative with our dinners and have really enjoyed doing so as well.

I plan to make a post with our reviews on some of the meatless/vegan options they carry, but in the meantime …

Vegetarian buffalo “chicken” wraps for the WIN!

These were phenomenal.

We bought the buffalo flavored meatless chicken patties.

Cook the patty, toss a drizzle of buffalo wing sauce to coat the “chicken”

Lay over lettuce, celery, tomato, ranch, cheddar cheese, banana peppers rolled in a whole wheat wrap – VOILA! We couldn’t believe how delicious this was!

Clearance Nail Polishes

Okay, totally hit the jackpot at Wal-Mart with some of these polishes. I snagged these…

…and am currently February ready with this $4.00 shade!

Thank You & Care Packages

My husband wanted to send a thank you gift to an employee in his office (he asked office friends for recommendations on what to send her and they said Tito’s and White Claws). I could not have him just send that so I wanted to make a cute little gift basket to send down.

I bought a canvas storage bin from Wal-Mart, filled it with the alcohol then purchased so slim cocktail glasses, a copper cup and a lemon/lime squeezer.

I wanted my sister in law to know we are all thinking of her and send a cute little Valentine’s themed care package.

She LOVES painting her nails and I loved these colors – Valentine’s day ready, but also school spirit – GO BUCKEYES!

Tiny Organization Tasks

This is all part of a master plan, which involves tackling certain rooms by the time spring rolls around! This junk drawer has been awful to rummage through and an embarrassment for others to see.

This was a tiny task (compared to our other to-do items), but at least I can cross this off the list.

Thank you Marshall’s for the drawer organizers. I found these in the kitchen section – I think they were technically for the refrigerator.

Hope you have a great weekend!!!
