June Coffee Stand Decor
I have so much fun changing up the decor on my coffee stand every month! This month I did a summer-y citrus vibe. Again, it is so simple and inexpensive to switch out and I store these items in a bin that is easily accessible! The Dollar Tree has AMAZING little items to help give you the vibe you are looking for!

They are seasonal and back in stock now – R U N! When you compare these to the price and style of other rattan planters on Amazon (for example), these are literally dirt cheap in comparison ($103 v. $16.99)

This post has been a long time coming. We finally got my son’s bedroom “pretty much” completed. I say that because I am still searching for the perfect nightstand and table lamp. I do like exploring garage sales and flea market sales for those items, but given the uncertainty of the virus – I’m not sure how much garage-saling I will be doing this year. Nevertheless, I wanted to show you how his “industrial style airplane” room came together!

I’ve been so excited to get this bathroom finished up so I could share it with you! While I would normally make a trip to HomeGoods/TJ Maxx to find some finishing decor touches, I used what I had to make due.
Continue readingThrifty Thursday – How I Shop for Baby Supplies
This week I wanted to share some ways I save when it comes to all things baby.
First off, taking three kiddos out and about particularly during this phase in life is quite an endeavor. I used to do it with two a lot more often and now I am opting for online shopping since we live in a world of 1-2 day shipping! I purchase my baby products via Target because I think I end up saving more the way I do it (I had an excel sheet breaking down costs including the gift cards I would receive, ha!)and I really love their Up&Up brand.
Today I wanted to share the cycle I follow in terms of baby supplies, baby food, and diapering.

I never decorated my kitchen for Christmas – I’m not sure if it was because our kitchen was super cluttered and small at our old house, but I am now having fun with some of the extra space we have at our new house.
This year, I wanted to add a little something Christmas-y to our kitchen – I love when people hang wreaths from ribbons on their windows outside, so I decided to get a little creative and do one for our kitchen window that would match the indoor theme we have going on! This wreath was a super easy and inexpensive DIY

My house during the Christmas season is my favorite! The lights, the greenery, the glitter – I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! I sometimes wonder why I don’t and why it is socially unacceptable to leave the decor out year round!

Continue readingToddler Travel Activity Bin
Thanksgiving and the holidays are fast approaching and so is all the TRAVEL associated with this time of the year. We happen to be driving 5+ hours to our holiday destination and while the drive is somewhat manageable, there will be a need to keep the two bigger kiddos occupied during our trip. I’m already foreshadowing our daughter asking “are we there yet” 5 minutes into our drive for hours on end…
This year the kids are big enough where they might not be sleeping as much during the drive, so I decided to pack a “travel activities bin” for them both to look forward to! They have already been asking if they can start playing with some of the toys and I keep hyping up the trip, telling them they have to wait – which is key! These items have to be new and something they are looking forward to!
Continue readingHosting Thanksgiving? 8 Elements for the Perfect Tablescape
Though we will not be hosting Thanksgiving this year, I still wanted to have the dining room looking festive (and I’m a nerd and love decorating tables) – so I pulled out the China and got to work with what I had around the house to create an easy, elegant and festive tablescape.
