Life Lately: What’s Going On!

Oh my goodness, I have no clue how I am awake to write this! I have taken an unintentional hiatus from blogging and am truly happy to be back writing today! Everything is going well over here, just been very busy and very tired by the end of the day – which is when I write my posts normally! Sometimes, it is so important to just drop one thing off your plate and unfortunately that was my blog for the short time being. I needed to re-prioritize my life and given the kiddos, our home, some invite work and providing flowers for eggshell land – not stressing myself out about blogging helped me get through those times!

I do want to be more intentional about how I utilize my time and the hobbies/businesses that I work so hard to keep all together. Constantly working to be in a better routine and better organized, but soooo many different things can throw a wrench in the plans. I just need to learn to roll with the punches and unload items that might be weighing me down! Anyway, enough about my unintentional break, here is a look at what has been happening in our lives recently!

NEW FAMILY MEMBER!

I CANNOT believe we have a PUP! Did I say I was trying to lighten my plate?! Ha, it has been an amazing week and pup is such a sweetheart! We had a strict no dog policy, but my how things have changed! That whole story of how we got here is a story for another day!

Easter Fun!

Easter is one of my favorite holidays! Such a beautiful celebration of the death and resurrection of Jesus. We had so many different events happening – from visiting Eggshell Land and the Easter bunny to the schools spring concert – which were all so much fun! I love for the kiddos to enjoy this very special season!

We had family over for an indoor egg hunt since it was FREEZING OUTSIDE on Easter!

Rugrats Track!

Audrey is doing Kindergarten track for school and is really really good at running/racing! She won the 50 meter sprint and NEARLY won the 100m dash! It was SO fun to watch her run this past weekend! She did incredible!

The boys enjoyed sissy’s track meet this weekend too! We love being outside!

Morgan Wallen Concert

Ugh, this. This concert was incredible! I am so happy my husband and I went to this show – it did NOT disappoint whatsoever!

It felt so nice to have a quick night away with each other!

Roller Coaster Sickies

Between the tummy bug running through the family – to some nasty coughs and boogies, we have been riding on the struggle bus around here! Every mom I talked to at school prior to spring break said they were dealing with the same exact things…a bunch of junk going around.

Summer Teaser!

We had thee most BEAUTIFUL weather this weekend and of course, it’s supposed to dip back down and be COLD again, ugh! The kids were seriously so ready for summer this weekend I felt so bad to tell them that heat is not here to stay just yet!
