Friday Favorites (01.10.25)

We made it to Friday and hustled back into a routine after two weeks of rest, relaxation and pure sloth behavior. I have to say – I’ve loved it – it was much needed and a favorite FOR SURE! Sharing some favorites from the week below!

Of course, I’m linking up with some of my favorite bloggers to share them!

Local favorite

My plan is to share some local Cleveland area favorites each month! This week I want to share Grumpy’s Cafe! This place is YUM and a must visit if you come into town! Their breakfast is excellent and some favs include the Huevos Rancheros, corned beef hash and sausage gravy Benedict!

I loved this Brunch Bowl from our Sunday brunch – Orzo, Quinoa, Sweet Potatoes, Avocado, Poached Egg, Pickled Red Onion, Feta, Pepitas, Cucumber Vinaigrette

Favs from the week

I’ve been trying to pick little projects every day. I finally decided to tackle the lazy susan. I am so pleased that this area is not a hot mess anymore!

Another fav was Sunday brunch to round out Christmas break at one of our favorite restaurants!

We were able to see some sun and I always like to sit in the sun in our front room for 10-15 minutes if I can. It may not do anything, but it feels great!

I’ve had simmer pots on repeat for the past couple months. If you haven’t done one, you SHOULD!

The kids finally got out to play in the snow. Now that they are feeling better, I felt better about sending them into the cold.

I found the jackpot at our local grocery store. This stuff is my FAV and it’s been sold out everywhere. I hope they aren’t discontinuing the product. I’m stocked up for now!

We had some fun at a jump park with my old boss and her kiddos! The kids had a great time and it was SO nice catching up with my boss bestie!

Fav outfit from the week

This.

This outfit, on repeat in this frozen tundra. Warm and cozy all day, every day

Favorites from the Garden

For those of you who are new readers, I am a flower farmer and I’m entering my 5th season!

While there are no flowers growing at the moment, seed starting will be happening soon! In the meantime, I was pinning some flower moods and purchasing plants to help me achieve these color schemes that florists might be wanting in the new year!
