Friday Favorites – 10.21.22

Hey, hey, hey and happy Friday! After a nasty weather week – we are looking forward to some beautiful weather all weekend long! We are celebrating JP’s birthday with family this weekend, we have the Halloween carnival up at school and we’re headed to a football game tonight – so I’m excited to have the favorable weather report! Let’s jump into our Friday favs!

Favs from the week!

First fav this week – these school pictures.

They turned out amazing and my heart just wants to melt! Just so precious! *Peep the sock slipper styling in the pics – FASHUNNNN*

We’ve been moving through fall and embracing all its’ fun and beauty!

Turns out Miss Nell LOVES a good leaf pile!

We hit up the pumpkin patch after school last week! I love visiting this place – it’s never overly crowded, it’s smaller and they pack so much fun into this little spot!

We played for a bit…

….picked out our pumpkins….

Then got our face painted! They turned out so cute and the kids LOVED it!

Back home to get our pumpkins on the porch!

A fav was JP actually thinking he was Spider-Man after getting his face painted!

We wrapped up our final week of soccer! My favorite quote – as we were headed out the door I said, “okay, today is the final soccer practice.” JP goes, “YAAAYY, I hated soccer.” haha! So I guess he won’t be doing soccer next year – at least he tried it tho!

Way to stick it out and get your medal bud.

You can’t tell, but these girlies enjoyed it too! I think their favorite part was after school play dates!

Another fav – getting my car detailed! Why don’t I do this more often – the kiddos absolutely destroy my car so seeing it So clean was a fav. I am also selling this car (we are team buy cars over here) – we always bounce back and forth between leasing or buying and always end up buying. I am excited to see if we can get what this car is worth!

We were able to get SOO much outside work done over the weekend (our winterizing list) and that included bringing these plants in for the winter! I do love having these in the house!

Fav Foodie of the week…

Steak, baked potatoes and caesar salad…YUM! Nellie thinks so too!

…and this again. I’m planning on dunking some pretzels in this then drizzling with some chocolate – love this dip!

Fav Clothing of the week…

This long layering lace tank is a fav under my current sweaters

I do love these spanx dupes – $15 you can’t beat it!

In the Garden this week…

We are still alive! I don’t know how we avoided frosts and even SNOW, but we did! I was able to provide flowers to my local farm for sweetest day, which I was so happy about!

I will have to get things pulled out in order to start planting my tulips! Ahh, I can’t even believe it!
