Good morning and happy Wednesday! In the spirit of the first official days of summer, I’m sharing a remake of an extremely refreshing spritzer I ordered at a restaurant in Philadelphia. I LOVE peach and was so happy to be able to recreate this cocktail to drink at home and serve to guests all summer long! I am a peach lover, and this drink does not disappoint in packing that peach punch!
You can easily serve this spritzer in a pitcher by multiplying the measurements below by your number of guests as the recipe below serves one.
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup club soda
- 1/2 cup Sprite
- 1 shot (1.5 fl. oz) of Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom Vodka
- 1/2 shot (.75 fl. oz) Peach Schnapps
- 3-4 dashes of Peach Bitters
- Orange slice for garnish (can squeeze some fresh juice if you prefer)
- Mint sprig for garnish
Add ice to your glass – Slice up an orange for garnish (you can squeeze some fresh juice into your cup if you would like)
Add orange juice, vodka, peach schnapps, some dashes of peach bitters, club soda and Sprite to the glass
Stir to mix the contents of the beverage together (you can also use a cocktail shaker)
Add mint for garnish!
