Good morning and happy Friday! Instead of a typical Friday Favorite post today (since we just did a whole life update for What’s Up Wednesday – you can check that out here!), I figured I would share a family favorite around here. I will share a couple Friday fav photos from the week after I share this breaded chicken with you, so be sure to scroll to the end!
When I say, this chicken recipe is the easiest and most versatile recipe, I mean it! Dinner done in 15 minutes or less…you’re going to want to save this one!
I used to struggle getting breaded chicken just right in the oven. It never came out the way I wanted and the air fryer is key here!
This breaded chicken is SO SIMPLE and can yield so many different dinner options, which I will share some our favs below!
Breaded Chicken Breasts BASE Ingredients
– 1lb – 1.5lb THIN sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts
– 2 eggs OR 5tbsp butter (depending on what recipe you use)
– 1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs
– 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper
Heat your air fryer to 400. Spray with non-stick spray. Depending on the thickness of your chicken, we’re going to cook for 8-10 minutes flipping halfway!
If you want a plain breaded chicken to doctor up any way you choose, this is the recipe I use!
NOW, sharing some of our favorite meals from the plain breaded chicken below!
Crispy Chicken Salad
Crispy Chicken Wrap (Buffalo, Honey Mustard or BBQ)
Breaded Chicken Sandwiches
Want to doctor it up? Here’s some of our fav chicken dinners
Easy Chicken Parmesan
(Use above recipe, but add italian seasoning and 1/4 cup more grated parmesan)
After cooking, remove from air fryer – add chicken to oven safe dish, top with heated marinara and a slice of provolone cheese. Place in 425 degree oven for 5 minutes to heat cheese
Yummy Ranch Chicken
(Use basic breaded chicken recipe, but add 2-3 tbsp Ranch seasoning and use 1/4 cup of butter instead of egg)

Now for some Friday Favs!
A reorganized pantry is definitely a fav. This took FOREVER, but I’m grateful to have it sorted out!
This Dollar Tree bird feeder was a FAV – Tommy was so excited to put it together! We are filling it with bird seed and hanging it today!
Some sunshine and *warm* temps calls for some yard work with my favorite little helper!
And some open windows…
These Costco chicken burgers were DELISH! I served them on a brioche bun with sweet potato fries! So yummy!
