Friday Favorites – Halloweek

Happy Friday from Philly! My husband and I are here for a wedding this afternoon so we are relaxing and exploring the city until it’s go time! My husband went to college here so it’s always fun for him to come back and check it out!

This was our dinner view last night!

He has a work meeting right now so I figure I would pop on to share our Halloween week recap! The kiddos had an absolute blast and I do love making these little holidays special for them because one day we will wake up and I’m sure they will be over it. So sad!

Favs from the week!

Andrew was out of town last week and the kiddos always sleep with me when he’s out. I laughed when I found this kid had slept here.

Checking out this guy’s Halloween parade and early dismissal from pre-school is a fav!

A sleepover with cousins is a huge fav! The kiddos had a blast!

Pumpkin carving is one of our fav traditions!

A Sunday hike with the fam is a fav! We all enjoyed the smells, the views and the path!

We’ve had some foggy mornings and it was pretty to drive through!

We just love this little lady so much! She’s our fav little love!

Our Halloween was great! Definitely a favorite! The weather was so great and the all the kiddos were able to snag their own candy without us being up at the door this year!

Another favorite of mine was being able to volunteer in Audrey’s classroom! She kept hugging me and telling me how happy she was I was there! So grateful to be there!

I actually finished a book!! Whoa hoo!! A big fav! I started listening to audiobook which was a game changer. I was able to do my chores while listening! I loved this book so much! Thanks to my MIL for the recommendation.

Fav Foodie of the week…

I made a creamy sausage and spinach tortellini soup this week and I loved it!

Fav Clothing of the week…

Nothing to share here other than I look forward to cleaning out my closet!

I’ll have to share my wedding guest dress as soon as I get a pic with it on!

In the Garden this week…

Dahlias are STILL blooming!! This is an extremely abnormal year! I’m thankful though – With the nice warmth, I should be able to get the tulips in and dahlias dug and not freeze my butt off!
