What a roller coaster of emotions I’m feeling this morning. Summer is here, YAY, but Audrey graduated pre-K and it has me feeling a little upset knowing all day everyday school is to come. So bittersweet, but I’m proud of my little lady!

Husband of the Year

I could not have done ANYTHING without him! Such a huge help and so sweet he cares as much as I do about making this cut flower garden amazing! A lot of muscle work went into this and I’m sure he had other things he would rather do on his weekend.

Each and everyone of these sod rolls weighed about 35 lbs and were awkward to lift, load and unload into the compost pile out back.

Kinder here we come!

The BEST preschool teachers ever! So happy the boys will have them!

Had such a great time at the park with all her preschool friends! An awesome picnic to end the year!

The best helper around the house

OMG! I’m obsessed! This robo vacuum was $120 off and I JUMPED! I’ve been putting off this purchase and was going to wait until Black Friday, but the deal was so good and the sand coming into my kitchen from the outside was enough to drive me crazy!

It has 3 different suction options (which is awesome) – one of which is called Boost IQ. It senses if it needs to increase its suction depending on floor/carpet type! Obsessed with this vacuum!

So nice to wake up to cleanliness and forces the kids to pick up their toys!

Wore nothing cute besides my rain boots and comfy clothes to get this garden up and running…

I made these to celebrate Audrey’s last day of school yesterday – they are SO GOOD! Shared how I make these last year!

In the Garden this week…

Planted my Boston ferns in these amazing rattan planters from Aldi! They are in stores right now $19.99. I’ve had mine for 3 years now!

Planted my verbena on the pool deck! Love this flower, so easy to maintain, keep deadheading for continuous blooming all summer long!

Went from this…

…to this and just about died doing it!

So excited, we are adding all the soil amendments today and I plan to get the Dahlias in the ground ASAP!

and bells are hanging in there. This heat has been something else and watering is no joke! Cannot wait to lay the drip irrigation!
