Wild “One” & Unicorn Birthday Party Recap!

Yesterday we officially celebrated Audrey and Tommy’s birthdays! Audrey has been requesting a unicorn party – so we tried our best to make that happen! For Tommy, we did a Wild “One” theme and I honestly kept it VERY simple and super cost effective!

I know I have mentioned before that I have hoarder tendencies when it comes to party decorations. I throw any decor that is clean and able to be stored into bins in the basement for future use. When it’s party time, I shop those bins to find things/take inventory that could be used for the party before heading out to buy anything new!

I had SO much luck and only ended up buying a handful of items including plates, napkins, a couple vases, party favors – ALL from the Dollar Tree! Here are some of the items we purchased!

All the helium balloons were from the Dollar Tree – if you’re not getting your balloons from there – I highly recommend looking and at the very least getting any complimentary/plain balloons from there! Such a money saver as balloons from the party store can cost a pretty penny!

The balloons pictured on the left and right were the balloons we purchased and had filled at the Dollar Tree as well as the air filled rainbow and unicorn balloons added to the balloon garland.

Flowers from my garden were the perfect addition for a rainbow centerpiece! I loved the Dollar Tree vases filled with flowers in the corresponding colors!

Add a little rainbow fruit tray – this was so delicious and a hit!

Little party favors for the kiddos – nothing fancy, but made for cute decor too!

Cute little neighbor friends!

Purchased the “5” balloon from Amazon

I used my Mom’s balloon inflator and this balloon tape to make the rainbow balloon garland.

Wild “One” Decor

Again, I kept things very simple decorations wise – but really loved how it turned out!

Had the grass tablecloth from a previous bday party – purchased from Party City I believe!

Helium balloons again from Dollar Tree – I ended up covering the “Baby Boy” text on those balloons with “Wild one” written on a sheet of computer paper.

All the animals and animal masks were from the Dollar Tree!

I purchased two blank Costco cakes and decorated them appropriately!

The unicorn cake topper is linked here! It was adorable and such an easy decoration!

For Tommy’s chocolate cake, I decorated with this Wild One cake topper.

Happy Birthday to these little cuties!

Took him a while to dive into this cake!

Such a cute little crew! Love them!

These two crack me up!

…as well as these little fellas! Stare down!

We cannot forget baby G! How handsome is he?!

I am exhausted after a weekend filled with party prep, cleaning and decorating! While there is always so much to do, I actually love that it forces us to get the house back in some sort of order! Things have been wild over here and it was a perfect reset for us!

Have a great start to your week everyone!
