For the remainder of the week, we’re doing fish sandwiches, crockpot chicken and dumplings and broccoli alfredo!
What I’m Reminiscing About
I’ve honestly been reminiscing about last winter. I went back to see if it was comparable to our winter right now and we definitely had a lot more days with snow on the ground last year. I’m hoping this incredible winter of limited snow and sunshine isn’t going to bite us in the butt come spring!

We’ve been enjoying the weather so much! So much outside time with the kiddos!
What I’m Dreading…
Putting away a ton of laundry I got behind on feeling under the weather over the weekend!
What I’m Working On…
There is a lot happening on the work front! I’ve got seeds I’m starting, tulip subscriptions to prepare for, I’m working on some wedding invites right now AND I’m doing my first ever flowers for a wedding in the next couple weeks! All exciting things!
I also have to get my greenhouses ready to go, because you never know what mother nature will do to us late in the season!
What I’m Excited About…
We are so close to seeing flowers again and to spending most of our days outdoors again!
What I’m Watching/Reading…
My husband and I have been watching The Chosen and we’re obsessed!
Still working through this book – I never have time to read!
What I’m Listening To

I bought this in blue for my sister-in-law and decided to snag one for myself. The fabric is amazing!
These are old Target sweaters, but, I’ve been loving them!
This workout shirt is my GO-TO! I also LOVE these jeans and they are on super sale right now!
What I’m Doing This Weekend…
JP wraps up his final basketball game for the session (he loved it!). We have a Girl Scouts event on Saturday then just relaxing!
What I’m Looking Forward To Next Month…
I love spring and the Easter season, so really looking forward to all that!

I plan to get my hair done, I do this once a year and I’ve been digging the copper color vibes – we’ll see what I do, but pretty excited about that! Here’s some of my inspo!

Favorite Amazon Purchase this Month….
We’ve been avoiding unnecessary purchases – but we were trying on Valentine’s Dance dresses and fell in love with this style dress in this color!

Those taco bowls look delicious! We’ve had hardly any snow this winter; though we are supposed to get some snow and ice today so we’ll see..
I too worry about what spring is going to look like since winter has been pretty mild, with the occasional ice storm. I will be so sad if our spring is grey and cold.
