Today I’m sharing one of my favorite mid morning or mid afternoon pick me ups! If I found myself recovering from poor eating, I will replace my normal lunch with this shake. I find this shake keeps me super full until dinner (less snacking) in between!
Its delicious and packed with healthy plant based protein. It does an excellent job of keeping you filled up as well.
Banana PB Protein Shake
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
- 2 tbsp of organic peanut butter
- 1 scoop organic plant based protein, vanilla flavored
- 1/2 scoop collagen peptides
Add ice, almond milk, PB, protein powder and collagen to your blender…
Blend it all together!
And just like that, your lunch or afternoon pick me up is served!
