Weekend Rewind – 05.31.22 - Lisa's Two Cents

I hope you had a beautiful long weekend! How blessed we are to live in such an incredible country – but these freedoms came at a cost. May God Bless those who served and are currently serving and their families. What a huge sacrifice.

Sharing our weekend review today – this weekend was the perfect unofficial kick off to summer – especially because our weather was HOT! This meant lots of pool time, a couple cookouts and lots of family time!

We kicked off the weekend with coffee, donuts and a playdate with cousins to meet their new baby sister!

We went to our first festival of the season and it was perfect! This is a neighboring town and it is absolute gorgeousness!

The falls are just stunning!

We enjoyed some food and rides – the kiddos had a blast!

I threw on one of my favorite dresses and a jean jacket for the night out on the town!

Saturday, Sunday and Monday involved some yard work, church, swimming and cookouts!

Monday morning, the kids slept in so I went out to get some planting done. It was so neat to hear all the flyovers and even witness this one fly right past our backyard!

And that’s a wrap! A busy and tiring weekend, but that is what summer is all about!
