Happy Friday and happy last Friday of FEBRUARY! I cannot believe how fast the month flew by and am just so tickled March is here. We are one step closer to spring – I can smell it in the air and hear all the beautiful bird songs all around us! I told the kids on the way to school today – we are almost out of it. Out of winter and back to days of sunshine and outdoor play – we are so ready!

Local favorite

I absolutely love the Lake Metroparks Farmpark. If you live in Northeast Ohio, this membership is a must have. We pop in and out of the park all year round visiting animals, having a picnic, playing on the playground, visiting our favorite farm animals or just walking the grounds. They make it really fun for the kids. From Feb-March, they bring the outdoor swing sets indoors so kids can run around and play in the warmth!

Fav foodie from the week

Snack boards are my fav! I pull these together any time we have a bunch of kiddos over at the house and they love it!

Sharing this again because I’m obsessed! It’s excellent in my peanut butter banana protein, smoothie, and I have found a protein powder I really love!

Favs from the week

First up, we celebrated this itty bitty’s birthday this past weekend. She wanted a puppy party so Nellie was thrilled to be invited.

And so was Norman…these two got put away for a bit because there were some kiddos who were afraid of dogs. Lots to be afraid of with these two on the loose haha!

A fav is a car filled with kiddos (my kiddos, nieces and nephews) and some piggy toes.

Wore shorts to drop off for the first time in almost 3 months…what a sight it was lol!

A favorite was sled riding when it was almost 50 degrees! I told the kids this was probably going to be the last sled riding opportunity, which is crazy – the season does fly!

I decided I needed to try and snowboard like the kids…it actually went well until I slid backward on my butt for a bit at the bottom of the hill.

Fav outfit from the weekend

I have no clue why I’m so into cargos recently, but I am and I love them. I can’t wait to wear these with tanks and t-shirts! These fit perfect and love the quality. American Eagle knows what they are doing!

Favorites from the Garden

I was really nervous my ranunculus corms froze in the garage, but they SURVIVED! It was honestly a miracle. I prayed over them and they sprung to life! I am so happy, they can be an expensive investment.

I had an order for a sympathy arrangement and absolutely loved getting my hands on flowers and hope they brightened someone’s day!
