Good morning, and happy Valentine’s Day! It’s so awesome when Valentine’s Day lands on a Friday – mostly if you plan on doing something this day and get a sitter, lol! I think our day will involve hanging with the kiddos and doing our favorite tradition annual Valentine card reading! Andrew’s dad used to do this When he was a kid, now we torture our own kids lol the Valentines day card reading Andrew opening everyone of the kids Valentines and reading them in a cringe voice acting as if the note on the Valentine is from a legit crush lol it is torture ha ha!

The kids are off for another 4 day weekend! What a life!

Local favorite

Last week I went out to dinner with a couple of my girlfriends and we went to Casa la Luna. If you’re from Cleveland, this is a must try! It has stunning views of the city and excellent Italian cuisine!

Fav foodie from the week

This is one of my favorite dishes to make. Greek meatballs bowls. Feta cheese, filled  chicken meatballs on a bed of rice and hummus, served with salty olives, feta cheese crumbles gives you taste buds the best experience.

I also love making my very favorite peanut butter banana protein, smoothie, and have found a protein powder I really love!

A funny foodie item of the week was nearly adding cumin to my morning oatmeal…

Favs from the week

First up! Taxes! It felt so good to get taxes done this week. My mother-in-law is a rockstar for helping us with all of that!

Next up is the finale of Beast Games. Have you watched the show? We randomly got into it a week or two ago and didn’t have to wait long for the finale last night. Our family loved watching it.

Another favorite of the week involves these two cuties at a very special dance!

Speaking of Valentines Day the kids had fun making simple boxes and putting together their valentines for their class, they loved the assembly line

I had to help with the class party and was in charge of a craft. I decided to do make your own Valentine slime. I think it was a hit! It was a little stickier than I thought, but overall it went well.

How about this heart hair?! I tried!

Not a fav just funny, how confusing of a spelling test!
