Today I’m sharing a day in the life post and this particular day in the life if so very special to me! I thought this would be a great way to capture a memory – Audrey graduating Pre-K! I know I say this all the time, but these are my favorite posts to read on other blogs! So come on over and follow along our last day of school!

Getting up earlier every day – little by little…

Snoozed when I shouldn’t have!

Got up and moving – headed downstairs and realized I needed to order more patches

Was greeted to some fresh vacuum lines!

We invested in the Eufy and I LOVE IT!!!!

I headed outside to make a little chalk sign for Audrey’s last day of Pre-K.

Such a pretty sky!

I came back inside to bag up the teacher gifts!

Then up for a majooorrrrr shower for me!

After I showered it was time to wake Ms. sleepy head! So precious!

Dressed and ready to go super quick – was running behind because of the snooze button!

Went outside for a little photo op.

Why does my baby look so so big!

Ugh, my heart…

Audrey’s preschool teachers. She’s been with them for the past three years. They are THE BEST! So happy JP will be with them next year! I cried like a baby here…

Off to drown our sorrows with some McDonalds.

My go-to McD’s breakfast – Fruit and Raisin Oatmeal

Time for vitamins…

Then outside to tackle some chores. I’ve been working to get the pool up and running

Watered some garden beds and checked on my seedlings!

Larkspur looking amazing!

Then hung around with these little dudes!

Then popped downstairs to play trucks

Back up for lunch – one of their favs!

Then ready for nap time shortly after!

Returned downstairs to find some clothes needing to be folded…

But first, to put this kiddo down for nap!

My hair was looking half put together at this point, so time for a touch up!

Better!

Had about an hour and a half to get some things done before we picked up sissy! We were having a preschool celebration in the park and we were in charge of bringing apps and fruit!

I also got started on making the whipped cream for my strawberry angel food cakes!

Then it was outside for some other to-dos I needed to get done. Honestly, I was doing anything to take my mind off Audrey’s last day. Was pretty emotional. I will miss being able to do whatever we want on weekdays she was off of school and half day Friday’s, but she is so ready for Kinder and I wouldn’t trade anything for having this year with her!

Set a timer to get whatever I could done…Planted this pot of verbenas!

Timer went off and JP was done with nap so we headed to pick up our pre-k grad!

Thank goodness for sunglasses, but I was a mess. Watching her run out that door was just too much for me. Always greeted with the biggest hug and I hope I can still get that greeting next year.

Reunited and it feels so good!

Then it was off to the preschool party at the park!

Such a cute group of kiddos! They all had a blast – ice cream truck made a visit and then just played for almost 2 hours!

Then it was back home – no dinner necessary because they hate a ton! The kids found a tree frog near the pool, named it Bella and made her own little home!

Sat around under our favorite tree!

I love when the sun starts illuminating this fence in the summer!

Didn’t get a picture in the morning because we were running late!

Then it was back in for dessert!

It wasn’t good at all….ha!

Hung around and watched some Bluey for a bit, then ready to take this guy up!

So cute, he gives them hugs and kisses before bed!

Awww!!!

Then back downstairs for a couple episodes of Peppa Pig, then off to bed around 9:45!
